Cao Qingjun, Deputy‑Secretary of Guangming District Politics and Law Commission, Conducts Research and Guidance at UTL

On the morning of June 9, 2022, Cao Qingjun, Deputy‑Secretary of Guangming District Politics and Law Commission, led a delegation to visit and conduct research at Shenzhen UTL Energy Co., Ltd. Representatives from Guangming District Bureau of Industry and Information, District Human Resources Bureau, Guangming Administration of Municipal Transportation Bureau, Guangming Administration of Municipal Planning Bureau, District Power Supply Bureau, Fenghuang Sub‑district Office and Matian Sub‑district Office attended the meeting. Fei Weiqun, General Manager of UTL, together with members of the General Manager’s Office, received the guests.

At the meeting, General Manager Fei extended a warm welcome to the visiting officials and expressed sincere gratitude for the government’s support in fostering enterprise growth and resolving corporate challenges. He briefed Secretary Cao on the company’s development over the past two years. With care and guidance from governments at all levels, UTL overcame multiple headwinds including the COVID‑19 pandemic and sharp raw‑material price hikes. Instead of declining amid the pandemic, the company’s output value maintained steady growth and achieved substantial progress. Preparations for its IPO have entered the final sprint phase, while new‑product development and new‑project expansion are moving forward as scheduled.

Meanwhile, General Manager Fei presented several development‑related challenges and corporate requests, and put forward suggestions for the company’s future development, calling for strong attention and robust support from the government.

Secretary Cao attached great importance to the enterprise’s feedback and proposals. He instructed all participating government departments to work out practical solutions on the spot to resolve the raised issues effectively. Relevant departments responded actively to the company’s concerns covering industrial land supply, talent apartments, children’s school admission, transportation and power supply. Each department communicated with corresponding company contacts within its jurisdiction, offered immediate solutions, and pledged follow‑up communication to deliver tangible outcomes.

Secretary Cao also invited UTL to take part in upcoming enterprise forums hosted by the district government. He encouraged enterprises to share insights and explore joint development opportunities, contributing to the further advancement of Guangming District.

The research meeting concluded in a cordial and constructive atmosphere. This visit strengthened communication between government industrial authorities and front‑line enterprises and yielded fruitful results.
